Hi, I am Sydney Shuster, the proud creator of Sydney’s Fabulous Fudge. It has really been a journey for me developing a fudge for you to savor and enjoy. It all started over fifteen years ago when I was only five years old. I loved to melt down chocolate, add my own ingredients, shape the chocolate and then donate it to raffles and the like. When I was about eight I increased my cooking skills. I started hand-making fudge for local festivals. I soon realized how much people enjoyed the fudge and decided to expand. With the help of my parents I bought a fudge kettle when I was eleven years old. I set up shop in my parents business selling fudge from a display counter. Over the years I have added many flavors, creating many of them myself. I hope you enjoy the fudge!
