We were voted Best Pies by the Hudson Valley Magazine. We bake our pies daily using fresh ingredients and no preservatives. We have many different pies baked every day. Please call ahead and we will be happy to bake your favorite.

We have everything from fresh baked baguettes, (great with soup or as a sandwich or with whipped butter), to the incredible ROCK HILL BAKE HOUSE traditional European artisan bread all made with organic ingredients.

You haven't lived until you've tasted a slice of Natasha's cranberry pecan bread, heaven with your morning coffee or tea. All our tea breads are from recipes handed down by Natasha's great grandfather, Pop Pop Siegfried, a real family treasure!

Our son Augustus started his apple cider donut business when he was 7 years old. The donuts are made fresh everyday. Stop in on the weekends and Gus will be making them himself.

Drew's Famous Double Chocolate Brownies. Everybody, everywhere is talking about the unbelievably rich, creamy and chocolatey brownies. They are so good they could have only come from a dream. We also bake:
